HIGH VEG ORGANICS:- An organic vegetable Co-operative at Highlands Stud in Robertson, Western Cape.

Ownership :- 6 shareholders and employs 4 previously unemployed workers.

Since its inception in November 2007, High Veg Organics has provided organically grown vegetables to the Highlands Stud and Graham Beck Wines Creche and Youth Center in Robertson, as well as to the Organic Box, a vegetable box distribution company with over 200 customers serviced in Cape Town on a weekly basis. High Veg Organics also supply produce to Burchells Foods, a leading organic food processing company who supply Organic Pestos and Pasta sauces to a leading national retailer.

LONG MOUNTAIN CATERERS & BAKERY Co-op Ltd - "Empowering Our Local Community"

Long Mountain Bakery, a BEE SME Co-operative made up of 5 men and women from the Robertson Farming community. This business received funding from the Graham & Rhona Beck Development Trust as well as the St Patricks Trust

With premises in the newly completed Graham & Rhona Beck Skills Centre in Robertson, Long Mountain Caterers & Bakery provides a full catering service facility to the Skills Centre with a bakery that supplies freshly baked bread on a daily basis to farm workers in the vicinity.
